Association Meetings International is pleased to announce the launch of the AMI Summit - an opportunity for international association executives and meeting planners to network and learn from each other in a friendly, supportive and education led environment. Co-located and staged in conjunction with The Meetings Show Preshow Conference, the AMI Summit will be held on June 28th, at CentrEd at ExCeL, in London and will include:

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The AMI Summit is staged in conjunction with the hosted buyer only Pre-Show Conference. To attend you will need to apply for the Hosted Buyer Programme via The Meetings Show website and select the attendance option that includes the Pre-Show Conference.

A hosted buyer is a senior decision-maker who is responsible for organising meetings and events. As part of the hosted buyer programme, you will be able to:

  • Pre-schedule appointments with the exhibitors of your choice
  • Attend the hosted buyer only pre-show conference
  • Attend exclusive networking events including the welcome reception
  • Enjoy complimentary accommodation and travel (depending on your attendance option)
  • Attend our sister events, Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show
