Always seeking to go beyond, Accor has embraced the needs of associations with a key transformation in approach, which includes an Internal Charter bringing together bespoke services.

For more than 50 years, Accor has been staying one-step ahead of the competition with innovative reinventions of hospitality. Now that approach sees the renowned hotel group leap forward again, offering ‘augmented-hospitality’, a creative response to the current and future needs of hospitality that promises a revolution in approach.

To adapt fast to changing conditions, Accor forms agile alliances with strategic partners to provide more innovative solutions to business challenges and rapid changes. By integrating new businesses, Accor continuously redefines hospitality and keeps brands fresh.

There has also been massive growth in its portfolio: 50 brands, including 38 hotel brands in 110 countries from Luxury to Economy, offering something for every person and budget.

Accor’s approach provides a fantastic opportunity for associations. Added to its remarkable meetings infrastructure (the Group also manages hotels with serious congress centres), Accor developed an internal congress charter for hotels with large meeting capacities (over 250 pax) in key destinations. The aim of this internal charter is to ensure hotels deliver high quality services when hosting association events.

Thanks to the charter, this market segment has strongly increased in the hotels involved. Building on this success, Accor will extend the network to include hotels with smaller meeting capacities but able to accommodate congress delegates attending off-site congresses.

Based on this charter, Accor offers the following commitments to associations: Professional organisers Experienced event organisers will professionally manage all aspects of your event, including bid support, accommodation, dedicated events, training or exhibition areas and catering.
