Goalsetting at heart of IACC’s Knowledge Festival

The IACC (International Association of Conference Centres) has revealed details of the education on offer at its annual Europe Knowledge Festival.

The event is taking place at Dolce CampoReal, Lisbon, October 5-7.

This year’s programme will be headlined by keynote David Hyner, an award-winning researcher, trainer, broadcaster, author and director of Stretch Development – a research training business.

Mark Cooper, CEO of IACC, said: “The knowledge festival is the must attend event in the calendar for our European members and we are committed to inspiring and motivating all our delegates to looking into the future. David’s session in particular is a great opportunity to gain insights into how to best plan for and achieve success.”

“We have ambitious plans for the event and its format to ensure it serves not only as a great backdrop against which to network and do business, but also to inspire our members and offer them great experiences and food and beverage, which are in abundance in Portugal and Dolce Camporeal.”

Hyner’s session will show attendees how they can set goals to achieve business success and increase performance. As part of the event’s education programme, attendees will have the opportunity to attend interactive debates and workshops, where they can with interact with experts and educators “in the know” on the latest industry developments, including virtual reality, crisis management and the future approaches to venue/third party relations.

Attendees can also meet with experts during the campfire education sessions and learn about the latest industry issues and hot topics, including the importance of data and insights; how to offer a unique customer experience and teaching delegates how to position themselves as experts in the industry.
