MCI Group, the professional congress organiser (PCO) and association management company, has increased its foothold in Italy after opening a new office in Florence.
The company - which already has an office in Rome through its destination marketing company Ovation Global - said the office will focus on delivering national and regional congresses from.
Luigi Cammi and Maria Cristina Schiavone, industry veterans who together have 33 years of experience in the associations market, have been appointed to run the office.
