MICE to meet you! TCEB launches VIP airport service

News /  /

Thailand is hoping first impressions count by offering travel-weary VIPs the MICE Lane.

The Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) is offering hassle-free arrivals at  Suvarnabhumi Airport international airport in Bangkok for up to 15 people per event.

VIPs will be met as they disembark from the plane, directed through a Priority Lane at immigration, taken to the baggage carousel and then to a pre-arranged departure point from the airport.

Event organisers can apply for the service on behalf of important clients though TCEB will work with Thailand’s Immigration Department to deliver a ‘seamless arrival experience’ for the VIP.

Nichapa Yoswee, TCEB's Senior VP - Business said: “The facilitation of MICE events and MICE travellers to ensure the best possible experience in Thailand is an ongoing initiative of TCEB, something that is illustrated so well with the Exclusive MICE Lane Service that’s been in place for a number of years now. It also enhances TCEB’s role as a ‘partner’ for MICE success under the current ‘Thailand Redefine Your Business Events’ branding.”
