Brightelm grows team to handle new association business wins

Bristol-based Brightlem, an event services agency for associations, has hired Giulia Esposito to focus on sponsorship and exhibition sales.

The new hire comes after what Brighthelm describe as significant new business wins.

Giulia Esposito.

“This new role will allow me to progress my career and develop greater knowledge of the associations market as I support major clients on their events.  In particular I am looking forward to learning new approaches as I deal with a variety of clients,” Esposito told AMI.

Esposito began her career in Naples, Italy, where she is originally from more than a decade ago. She has spent that last seven years working on global sponsorship and exhibition sales projects with a number of commercial events operators.

“I decided to accept the job offer from Rob Eveleigh, founder of Brightelm because I saw the true passion in what he does and I believe our clients see it too. Coming from a corporate and commercial background, I am also looking forward to learning about the association market and all that has to offer,” Esposito added

Giulia will focus on helping Brightelm’s clients secure relevant sponsorship and exhibitors for a wide range of conferences and events.

“Giulia’s experience in sponsorship and exhibition sales will be vital to her role here in the Brightelm team,” said Rob Eveleigh, managing director of Brightelm.

“Helping clients increase commercial revenue for their events is a fundamental part of our work.  As specialists supporting membership and not-for-profit organisations with their conference and event needs, we truly appreciate the importance of commercial relationships and partnerships, which in many cases can financially make or break an event.  Giulia will fit perfectly into our focused, experienced and enthusiastic team as we continue to create long-lasting commercial relationships for our clients.”
