They trust Geneva

For the first time, two Swiss societies, the Swiss Infectious Disease Society (SSI) and Swiss Hospital Hygiene Society (SSHH), organised a joint annual meeting for 270 participants and 80 exhibitors during three days in September at Palexpo, the second largest congress centre in Switzerland, showing the confidence they had in the city. The organisers, both highly recognised medical associations, considered that all the conditions were met. The event took place with plenary sessions, parallel sessions and an exhibition area. The participants exchanged knowledge face-to-face with their peers and considered this event a real success.

The Geneva International Association Forum 2020 (GIAF) will take place at the InterContinental Hotel Geneva 5-6 November. The GIAF forum will also offer virtual sessions to facilitate additional participants to attend. GIAF’s mission is to bring together European and international associations and non-profit organisations. With a varied programme of interactive workshops, conferences, roundtables and knowledge-sharing opportunities, GIAF aims to establish a leading international platform and knowledge-sharing event.

Geneva is happy to propose a variety of event formats including face-to-face, hybrid and virtual.
